Central Idaho Representative, Trout Unlimited

Jerry and his wife Terry have been Salmon River fishing and whitewater rafting outfitters and guest ranch operators for more than 25 years.  He recently took a job as the Trout Unlimited Central Idaho representative, using his passion for native fisheries restoration to achieve change in Central Idaho. Jerry was born in Idaho as a 4th generation member of a cattle and wheat ranch.  He has lived in the Lemhi Valley for 25 years and enjoys hunting, whitewater rafting, beer brewing, photography, and poetry.   In addition to volunteering on the board of Salmon Valley Stewardship, he is an active member of the Idaho Outfitters and Guides Association, Idaho Rivers United, Trout Unlimited, the Salmon Arts Council, and the Whitewater Therapeutic Riding Association.  


Adrienne Blauser Trapani (Advisory Board Member)
Owner, Evolution Consulting LLC

Adrienne was the founding staff member for Salmon Valley Stewardship.  As such, she was charged with envisioning its future and  launching its programs.  She currently owns and operates Evolution Consulting LLC, a next generation marketing company.  A big fan of interdisciplinary education, Adrienne has degrees in Anthropology, Sociology, French (William Smith College B.A. 1998) and Forestry (Michigan Tech M.S. 2004).  She has lived in or traveled to 4 of the world's 7 continents (or 6, if you're European!) and looks forward to adventuring with her husband and young daughter as she grows up.

Shannon Williams (Advisory Board Member)
University of Idaho Agricultural Extension Agent

Shannon is an Assistant Professor at the University of Idaho and Lemhi County Extension Educator.  She lives in Tendoy with husband Brad and two active children, Charli and Bryce.  Among many other memberships, Shannon serves on the Advisory Committee of the Upper Salmon Basin Model Watershed and is involved in the Lemhi Soil and Water Conservation District, Lemhi Cattlemen’s Association, and assists with the local 4-H. 

Dr. Fred Templeton (Advisory Board Member)
Owner, Remote Diagnostics Inc. and Bio-Power Inc.

Fred is an inventor and entrepreneur in Salmon. He participates in the Lemhi County Forest Restoration Group and has recently completed a feasibility study of biomass availability in the Salmon-Challis National Forest. Fred has more than four decades of experience in engineering and inventing.

Arlene Wolf (Advisory Board Member)
Public School Educator

Arlene is a science teacher at Salmon High School. She recently completed training in how to use insects to control noxious weeds and plans to establish an insectary at the school as a learning lab for high school and middle school students. She received a grant from Idaho Power Company to create a curriculum for her environmental science class to study energy use and conservation opportunities in the school. An engineering firm contracted to upgrade the school’s energy systems is using the result of the classroom work. Arlene is an accomplished bluegrass guitarist and travels throughout the Northwest playing and enjoying music.

Dr. Robert Cope (Advisory Board Member)
Lemhi County Commissioner and Veterinarian

“Cope” is a veterinarian and Lemhi County Commissioner who is currently running for Idaho’s District 35 State Representative Seat in the Republican primary against incumbent Lenore Barrett.  Cope has participated on the national stage as a president of the National Association of Counties and played an important role in both the National Roadless Area Advisory Committee and in the development of the Idaho Roadless Rule. The commissioner participates in the Lemhi County Forest Restoration Group.
