SVS works with partners to find strategies to create and foster a more resilient community. SVS is an advocate for policies and projects that position the community to succeed in the midst of changing conditions.

Upper Salmon River Restoration Services Directory.
In 2014, Salmon Valley Stewardship completed the Restoration Means Jobs in Central Idaho report. One of the recommendations in this report was to create a directory of those individuals/groups/companies in Custer and Lemhi Counties who have the capacity and willingness to perform work related to environmental restoration.
We believe that by compiling a directory, we’ll raise awareness of the skilled and talented people in our communities who are ready and able to do this important work. We hope to distribute the Upper Salmon River Restoration Services Directory to the governmental, non-governmental, and private entities who sponsor restoration projects, as well as post to the Custer and Lemhi County Economic Development websites and other locations.
Thank you to Lemhi County Economic Development Association, Custer Economic Development Association, Idaho Department of Labor and Idaho Department of Commerce for your assistance.
