Grow Native Plant Seed for Salmon Valley Stewardship The Native Plants Program is seeking bids from local agricultural businesses located in east-central Idaho or southwest Montana to produce bulk seed from one or more species of native plant for use Have you always wanted to run your own food truck or start a ready to eat food business? The @salmonvalleystewardship Community Kitchen can help make that happen. We are going to stay open over the winter and offer use of the kitchen for pre-order The SVS Ecological Monitoring Crew has been busy the past few months, mapping invasive weeds for the South Zone of the Salmon-Challis National Forest and Challis Field Office BLM. Projects took the crew on a number of camping hitches to some stunning This week SVS hosted two organic seed production workshops at Swift River Farm. The first was focused on cleaning seed from wet seeded crops like tomatoes, melons, and squash. The second workshop focused on how to clean dry seeded crops.
