We’ll explore how different crops demand different strategies for collecting seed, and then screening, threshing, winnowing, and cleaning it for storage. This hands-on workshop will work with several common garden species and varieties, giving participants practical experience with the tools, techniques, and decision-making needed to produce high-quality, locally adapted seed.
