Seed Saving Workshop #2 : Dry-Seeded Crops

Dive into the many techniques required to successfully save seed from common dry-seeded crops that we all love to grow. We’ll explore how different crops demand different strategies for collecting seed, and then screening, threshing, winnowing, and cleaning it for storage. This hands-on workshop will work with several common garden species and varieties, giving participants practical experience with the tools, techniques, and decision-making needed to produce high-quality, locally adapted seed.
