Youth Education Activities

In spring 2024, with the support of Youth Employment Program and the Salmon Arts Council, SVS launched Friday programs for 4th-8th graders to learn about natural resource topics, explore career pathways, and engage in hands-on art and science activities. We are coordinating more programs January-May with the support of the Idaho National Laboratory's Innovation in STEM grant, and community volunteers who are experts in avalanche safety, birds, wildfire, and more!
